What Causes Severe Fatigue While Having PCOS?

Hi doctor! Since one year I feel like my energy is going away specially through legs when I do some hard work like coming after grocery or doing house chorus. I am a homemaker and 2 kids with c section. I am having PCOS. I went to Family Medicine dr. And she tested my hemoglobin, TSH, Sugar, ESR and then rheumatoid factor as well as ana test. All test were good and znegative except esr which is 76. Please tell my what you diagnose? My dr prescribed me fish oil and glucophage and told me to take 2 glasses of milk, a banana everyday and also decrease my sugar intake. She says she will check me after 2 months and will modify my lifestyle. PS.I am 72 kilos with 5 2 height.

OB and GYN Specialist 's  Response
Hello,

I suggest you go for Vit D3 levels and WBC counts. If the reports show Vit D3 deficiency then you need to take Vit D3 60k units sachet once in a week for 4 weeks with milk. Rest you can follow the chart your doctor prescribed you.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Naira Jahangir, OB and GYN Specialist
