What Causes Severe Flank Pain After Taking Wellbutrin And Oxyelite Pro?

I ve taken oxiielte pro, I m on prescribed antibiotics and wellbutrun for depression. Now I have extreme, stabbing pain in my left flank and I feel the need to urinate all the time.... should I go to the ER? I ve taken the diet pill about 4 hours ago.

Hi,

It could be due to minor stones or calculi somewhere in the urinary system.

As a first line management, you can take analgesics like Aceclofenac/Domperidone combination for symptomatic relief.

If symptoms persists better to get an ultrasound scan done.
