What Causes Severe Flank Pain Along With Stabbing Pain In Groin?

hi, I have had really bad flank pain for several weeks, it s usually at its worst in the morning but it has been bad all day today, my stomach hurts and I get the occasional stabbing pain going down into my groin. I am bloated, have a headache, my eyes are puffy and have a very slight cackle in my chest. I have lymphodema in my legs, my left one being the worst. Also I am borderline type 2 diabetes. Ok so I have just realised I am falling apart :(

Hi,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
I have read the description you have posted and understand your concern.
What you are experiencing stabbing pain in the abdomen going down to your groin could be due to presence of renal calculi or gall stones.
Kindly get an ultrasound scan of the abdomen and pelvis to know what could be the cause.
Kindly consult Surgeon with the report for clinical evaluation, proper diagnosis and its management.
Hope the information provided would be helpful.
All the best.
