What Causes Severe Hair Growth All Over The Body Of A Child?

Hi, i have a one year old daughter and she is covered in so much hair from top to bottom and more so her face is covered. At first i thought it would just come off it self but it now looks like it is getting worse on her face. How can i remove it safely?
