What Causes Severe Hair Loss After Having Celebrex?

I have been on celebrex for arthritis pain relief and noticed a considerable hair loss. My family members have told me that I have a noticeable bald spot in the back of my head. And my usual thick hair is now very thin.

Will my hair grow back now that I have stopped taking Celebrex or is this permanent damage?

Thanks for contacting HCM

Celebrex is not known to cause hair loss. Your recent loss of hair is probably due to normal male patterned baldness. This is permanent condition
