What Causes Severe Headache?

hi doc. i have been having head aches for over a year some severe then others, i have had 2 ct scans blood test and spinal tap everything came back normal.. i have a head ache at lease 3 times a week sometimes nauseated with the head ache, i kow it aounds wierd but i hear a clickin in my head i get s strong smell in my nose sometimes twitching in my left eye browl and i have been bightin my tounge n my sleep sometimes.. im so scared theres an unruptured anuresym.
