What Causes Severe Headaches, Ear Drainage And Hearing Loss?

i ma 17 years old and have had a severe headache since march of 2014 i take tramadol for back pain that is NYD dr leaning towards fibromyalgia although some of symptoms just don t fit. the headache never goes away even with narcotics i also recently have had some ear drainage and hearing loss out of one ear but i have no pain in the ear or fever to indicate an infection any suggestions? so tired of going to the drs
