What Causes Severe Headaches, Loss Of Appetite, Rash On Arms Which Are Like Bruises?

Hi, I have been feeling unwell for the last three weeks, I kept going to my doctors and they finally admitted me in to hospital just under two weeks ago as I had viral meningitas last year and they thought I had it again, they done some blood tests and brain scan and the brain scan came back fine and the doctor said most of my bloods were fine, I am still feeling really unwell, my symptoms are really bad headaches, constant tiredness, loss of appetite, constantly feeling tired, my eyes both look black with dry skin around them, I also have a rash on both my arms and chest which is really itchy and looks like lots of little red dots, I woke up a few days ago and my upper legs are covered in bruises and my head and eyes are still hurting .Please help
