What Causes Severe Itchiness And Dryness In The Vagina?

Hi, I am experiencing itch and dryness in my vagina. I tried yoghurt, but til the time I am applying that its working fine, but the day I stop it.. I have excessive dryness and after intercourse its quite itchy. Is it normal during pregnancy. I am 5 weeks 6 days pregnant. But i have this problem from last 15 days

Hello,

Sometimes dryness happens in pregnancy because of increased progesterone levels and low levels of estrogen.

It is a good idea to use yoghurt because it also works as a probiotic to prevent fungal growth that is very problematic in pregnancy.

You also can use water-based lubricants found OTC.
