What Causes Severe Joints Pain In The Hands?

The joints in my hands started aching about two weeks ago. Both thumbs first and now both my hands. I d never had this issue before. I can t think of anything I ve changed as far as eating or physical. I go to my Dr. next week, but If I could ID what is happening, the pain would go away sooner.

Hello,

As the history sounds to be a compression over the flexor retinaculum. I will advise you to do hot water fermentation and compression. Once the pain level falls to 4-5 in visual analog pain scale of 0-10 then do simple hand exercises in the hot water. This should help you ease it.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
