What Causes Severe Left Arm Pain?

Hi, with no warning or obvious reason, my continuous pain has begun in my lower left arm. It started a few hours ago with just a stiffness in my wrist, but has continued to the rest of my forearm and slightly to my fingers... What could this be? I am a 21 year old female.

Hello,

As this sounds to be due to nerve root entrapment at the cervical or the wrist level. Getting it examined will be of help. Either it can be cervical Radiculopathy or carpal tunnel? But need an assessment to claim one.

Also, doing hot water fermentation to the neck, posture correction, static neck exercise, shoulder stabilization exercises should help reduce the symptoms. Kneading massage over the Trapezius muscle will be useful.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
