What Causes Severe Leg Pain While On Reclast Treatment?

I have had 3 Reclast treatments. Last treatment March of 2016. I m having pain in entire left leg after walking, but it is only in the PM when trying to sleep. Pain is more extreme in thigh and groin. PCP says arthritis, in h ip but could this be related to reclast treatments?

Hello,

Reclast treatment (once annual Zoledronic acid IV infusion) can cause unusual fractures in the femur (thighbone). Get x-ray Hip done.
