What Causes Severe Loose Motions And Protrusion Of Belly Button In A Baby?

i have a baby of 14months, for past one week she has been suffering with loose motion, after consulting doctor i started giving her Z&D, FAGYL, TAXIM O...after that the frequency reduced but loostion motion is still persisting. For past two days even i can see some blood stain in the stool. Again consulted dr and giving her OF.
In these few days, i have seen her belly button popedout. i am concerned abt her health plz advice
