General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

As the symptoms are much bothersome wit substantial weight loss, it is strongly recommended to get a colonoscopy with gastroenterologist rather than taking OTC anti-worm medication.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
