Hello,

I had gone through the case and found that it might be due to uti.

So go for ultrasound of lower abdomen and take multivitamin and good diet.

Pain might be due to kidney infection.

After the proper antibiotic course the uti and back pain will disappear.

Hope my advise will be effective for you.

Thanks
