What Causes Severe Lower Back Pain Laying Down?

I am experiencing severe lower back pain only when laying down. The pain gets worse if I lay on either left or right side, however always worse on the right side. Also if I am laying down and I try to sneeze, the pain is excrutiating and the process of sneezing almost impossible. It then takes extreme effort to get up due to the pain. On e I'm up, I then have no back pain issues. What can this be?

Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Hello.
Thanks for writing to us.
this is likely to be due to a muscular pain. Usual cause is poor body posture. Regular back strengthening exercises will help in gaining the strength of muscles.
I hope this information has been both informative and helpful for you.
