What Causes Severe Lower Back Pain?

help. I have esr 22 crp 20, age 30. Healthy weight, non-smoker, minimal drinker. I have had severe lower back pain moving into hips and a weird pained lump in leg above knee to left of quad, all are slowly fading away though which is great, I hope to be able to run again soon. But what does it mean?

The pain that you have is likely to be due to an injury to the area that you have described. If there is no injury then a muscle sprain is likely.
