What Causes Severe Lower Left Abdominal Pain After Having Cesarean, Tubal Ligation?

I had a cesarean (my 3rd) and tubal ligation 5 weeks ago. I have been having lower left abdominal pain since 1 week after. Pain got much worse yesterday and is now on the right side as well. I can t move without causing the pain to worsen. What is going on?

Brown discharge per vaginal is usually and normal after menses so no need to worry. If it is with offensive order or itching seek your doctor.
