What Causes Severe Nausea And Difficulty In Eating?

Over the last 3 days I ve been experiencing nausea to the point where I can t eat. I have a sudden urge that I m going to poop my pants. I run to the bathroom and nothing or only go one turd. I ve been trying to eat a bland diet. Chicken broth and water. On day 3 I threw up and had the sudden urge to go to the bathroom and nothing. I ve been going pee every hour because of drinking so much water. I don t know what s wrong with me.

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi.
Thanks for your query.
The symptoms of Nausea, vomiting, urge to go to bathroom but nothing comes out is all suggestive that you are suffering from Gastroenteritis and may be with UTI as you are going for urination frequently.

I would advise you to to the Doctor to get a clinical evaluation, vitals and examination done, investigations of stool and get a course of prescription based antibiotic, metronidazole, probiotic and antispasmodics as required.

This will cure you.
If there is no complete relief withing 5 days further tests of CT scan and colonoscopy may be required.

I hope this answer helps you.
