What Causes Severe Oral And Genitals Herpes When Have Had No Intercourse In Years? How To Treat This?
I had a severe oral herpes and now have genital symptoms. I am 75 years old and have never had oral sex or genital sex. My husband has been dead for years and I have never had a date with man or woman. I used very rough toilet paper and was irritated, My oral infection was the so bad that I ruined a $600.00 mouth piece by soaking it in 1:10 Clorox. Several months later I had painful area on my genitalia and it looked like an ulcer. I have never told anyone because I am afraid they will not believe me. Today this has returned and I am mortified. Help me.

Genital and oral herpes are recurrent(repeats,if you have and another times) and incurable because the virus that cause these herpes sleep in the nerves and on the people that have low immune system herpes sore and need much time to heals.
Aciklovir is the main medication and should be used as prescribed from the doctor.
I think that you should go to consult with your doctor and do not be shy because this may be a systemic and serious disease like Behcet sindrome and medication with corticosteroides can lighten or elimanate the symptoms.
