what is causing extreme pain as if broken in my right foot?? so painful at night that just the weight of the sheet is to painful to bear slight blue grey color on big toe were the most pain was 2 weeks the pain is in another toe and just as painful never do I remember hitting them

Hi,
It can be due to peripheral vascular disease where the blood supply to the leg is compromised and causing the symptoms.
You can consult a general surgeon and get a vascular Doppler to assess the blood supply to the foot.
As of now, you can take analgesics like Tramadol for pain relief.
