Hello,
I have gone through your query and understood the concern. I would like to offer you some possibilities in the current scenario: 1. A chemical pregnancy. You could have had an abortion even before the pregnancy was diagnosed.2. Hormone imbalance. With no obvious cause for the bleeding like a fibroid, ovarian cyst etc., hormone imbalance is often thought of and treated accordingly. 3. Large uterine surface, usually seen after several deliveries, especially after the birth of a large baby. I would ask you to go for proper clinical evaluation and get investigated to detect the cause and plan further management. Hope this helps.
