Hi..i have been married for 8 months now but still we have not been able to have penetration..she gets scared as soon as i,start approaching her vagina..and pushes me back..she says that she wants to do it but just cannot as her lower body gets tightened and she feels pain..this is getting frustrating now for both of us..we have been seeing a psychiatrist..but want to see a specialist who can treat vaginismus..preferably a lady doc..in delhi

1st thing require to remove fear from her mind and it is possible by counseling and sex education.

Psychiatrist who are doing sexual practice is carry out counseling in which participation of both the partner is essential.

Long fore play with artificial lubrication can help.

Gradual dilation of vagina by finger starting from little finger to middle finger can reduce her anxiety.

Open communication between both the partner can help.
