I had a pneumonia shot yesterday morning in my shoulder and about 2 hours later, started experiencing extreme pain in my entire arm, armpit, down my side. I couldn t use my arm very well nor move it without pain. Put ice on it last night for a while and have been taking ibprofen. Took benedryl last night so I could sleep, but couldn t get comfortable. Today I have been achy all over, still a lot of pain in my arm and very tired, no appetite, no interest in doing anything...overall crummy feeling, my hands hurt and knees. I am running a low grade fever 100 degrees. I assume this is a reaction to the shot, but not sure if I should be concerned.
