What Causes Severe Pain In Legs?

Ok i ben haing this severe pain that wont go away.... feels like i have a pulled muscle located on the inside of my left leg. when i try & sit or lay down or get up in general i can feel the pain worse and also when i try & lift up my leg it really is painful.

Hi,
From history it seems that you got severe strain on inner thigh muscles and went into spasm.
Take analgesic tablet with muscle relaxant medicines for 2-3 days.
Apply muscle relaxant cream locally.
give rest to local part.
