What Causes Severe Pain In Lower Right Abdomen While Urination?
i am having severe pain in my lower right quad when i was 14 i had surgery done because i had a infection in my appendix they never removed it, but when i run, walk or am having sex its very severe pain and when i have to urinate i have to hold my side because its so sever what do you think it possible could be?

The symptoms seem to be related to chronic appendicitis. I suggest doing an abdominal ultrasound and a blood test to confirm the diagnosis.
Meanwhile, I suggest using painkillers such as Acetaminophen for the pain. If the diagnosis is confirmed I suggest consulting a surgeon.
