What Causes Severe Pain In Ribs, Back And Burning In Urine?

hello my mother is about 70 years of aged
she is facing sevir pain in ribs and back and aslo burnining in urine i have got urine dr test and a urine culture test and also she is taking anitibiotic in urine culture we found only pus cells no bacteria we also did sonology for kub and pelvis
please help

Hi,
It seems that due to urinary tract infection she gets generalized pain, backache.
Continue with antibiotics.
Within few days she will be alright as infection cures.
Give her analgesic as and when requires.
Give her plenty of water.
Ok and take care.
