What Causes Severe Pain In Shoulder Radiating Down The Arm?

hi there husband has severe pain inshoulder radiating down his arm and has difficulty standing up gp gave him steroid injection in shoulder approx. 4 weeks ago but did not stop his warfarin inr reduced fro 3.1 to 1.3 despite taking 3 mgs of warfarin has history of clots

If his pain is not responding to steroid injection then i would advice you to get MRi of shoulder and cervical spine. It will tell us whether there is any nerve compression or any rotator cuff tear in shoulder. He may need physiotherapy or surgical intervention. Till that time he should apply warm water and take Brufen tablet.
