What Causes Severe Pain In The Abdomen After Treatment Of Diverticulitis?
I was treated for diverticulitis about a month ago, before the antibiotic was complete I got a uti, i ended up passing blood and clots, come to find out my uti was resistant to most medications, i got started on one that worked, I am finishing it now, but on Sunday night I got severe pains in the left side where I was having a hard time to stand. It has now traveled to the middle/lower of my abdomen. Is it possible to have diverticulitis again even with antibiotics? I can t eat without getting sick.

diverticulitis can cause partial or complete obstruction it is an surgical emergency if pain is unbearable then first it is to be clinically examined by surgeon and ultrasound abdomen is to be taken. if requered surgical exploration is requered.
