Hi Sr. i have a problem and i dont now what to do, i have several paint on the anos area its like from inside like hemorroides but my boyfriend check and it dosent look like hemorroides, i try to go to the bahtroom but its hurt to much to make pu, sorry of the expresions but i dont now what to do.. if you could help me i will be aprecciate

The common reason for severe pain in the anal region is fissure around the anus, as hemorrhoids are usually not severely painful.
