What Causes Severe Pain In The Body While Playing Baseball?

I was playing baseball about last month and swung im a right handed hitter and missed and with the momentum my right thigh stayed in the same position while my whole body turned and it was really painful to walk and now my right leg shakes if I put it on my toes?

I suspect a ligment injury. A physical examination is required.
You take a complete rest with support of long knee brace and visit a physiotherapist soon.
Don't try to shake the limb freequently.
