What Causes Severe Pain In The Nape Of The Neck, Droopy Right Eye And Vomiting?

I had a severe headache starting at the nape of my neck and going over the top into my front along sinus area. The right eye was droopy and I am very exhausted. Vomited a few times and Advil would not even touch it. Never felt anything like it in my head before.

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Your symptoms seem worrisome until proven otherwise.
Increased intracranial pressure from the obstruction of the cerebrospinal fluid circulation for example is a condition to be evaluated further and excluded. Discuss with your Neurologist about getting evaluated further. In my opinion, a brain MRI is necessary besides neurological examination.

Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
