What Causes Severe Pain In The Neck And Chest?

I have pain in my neck and down lower to chest. I also have parkinsons, and myothenia gravis,diabetic, Had 3 strokes. Then my back hurts in tornso,my back from waist to tale Bone, I have fell a bunch of times l on it broke one arm. I have my MRI s. I am in Had terrible pain. But I am not wanting pain pills,l want some help. I am a big mess. And I can t type fast.

Hi,

Consult an orthopedician and get an MRI scan to look for any possible spine related problems.

As of now, analgesics like Tramadol or Gabapentin can be tried.
