General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I read carefully your query and understand your concern.

Your symptoms seem to be related to the injury.
I suggest using anti inflammatory medications such as Acetaminophen to relieve the inflammation.
I also suggest using cold compresses for local application.
If the symptoms continue, I suggest to do an xray of the leg to exclude the possibility of a fracture.

Hope my answer was helpful.

If you have further queries feel free to contact me again.

Kind regards!
