What Causes Severe Pain On The Right Side That Radiates To The Back?

Sharp stabbing pain on right side that went all the way thru to my back. Have difficulty with bowel movements lately. Major hemmoroids lately. Pain all the way to belly button. soaked 3 night gowns last night. This is not an on going event. Most things took place last night. Hemmorhoids are 3 days old. Felt like bowels were blocked at first. Drank 10 glasses of water, and didn t urinate much more than a cup by morning. By afternoon today, I urinated a bit more. Feel better about the pain, but I am very hot and have fever. Could be associated with flu, as it is running rampant at my work place. any ideas???
