What Causes Severe Pain Radiating Between Neck And Elbow?
Hello lately I have been having this left shoulder pain that starts from neck and continues till upper arm and ends at elbow. There is a pin point pain at back side of left shoulder too. I am unable to sleep at any positions, don t know what to do as it is unbearable at times during night.

Your symptoms might be due to nerve compression at cervical spine level. Ther are many reasons for nerve compression one of them being cervical disc prolapse. Are you of young age then disc prolapse is mere likely and you are elderly then cervical spondylitis is more likely. Either case cab be diagnosed with mri of cervical spine.so kindly go for mri to confirm the diagnosis. All the best.
