What Causes Severe Pains In Legs With Bad Cramp During Night?
I have severe pains in my legs mainly right leg from ankle to hip on right side of leg. sometimes have very bad cramp during the night. with very severe pain. doctor does not think its circulation maybe vascular- waiting for hospital appointment.

Most common cause of cramp is lack of salt, calcium or vitamin B 12 in body. I would recommend you to start salty lemonade, 1 gram calcium daily and vitamin B 12.If these supplement do not work, than a tablet carnisure will also be helpful.
