What Causes Severe Pelvic Pain?

I am a 20 year old male weight is 125, hight 5 feet 10 inches and the only perscription I have is adderall, no previous health issues. Yesterday I had severe pain in my pelvic area to the point that I could barely move. Pain would come in waves. In-between waves I could move but not alot. Pain would also occur while/directly after peeing and was impossible to pass gas/defecate. At first I thought it was my prostate or bladder that was the origin of the pain. After 2 hours the pain suddenly went away and when it did I felt foggy. This foggy feeling went away shortly after and I felt fine. Today(the day after) my abdomen has been feeling tinder. When applying pressure there is pain/soreness on the right side not left. And now I suspect my pancreas is the issue.

Hi,

Common side effects with Adderall are bladder pain, bloody or cloudy urine, difficult, burning, or painful urination, fast, pounding, or irregular heartbeat or pulse, frequent urge to urinate, lower back or side pain.

So your symptoms may be due to this tablet only. Please consult your treating doctor he will examine and treat you with alternative medicine.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
