General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

It can be a neuropathic pain due to progressive nerve weakness with age. Consult a neurologist and get evaluated.
As of now you can take analgesics like Tramadol or Gabapentin for pain relief.

Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain, General & Family Physician
