What Causes Severe Right Sided Pain In Stomach?

i am in severe pain in stomach area. mostly on the right. a few days ago my back started hurting until my hands started to go numb. now my front hurts. i am on a very powerful pain med for knee problems and i am scared i can move a little better today because that medicine allows me to. i have been doing strenuous work 2 days a week for the past 4 weeks. i wanna believe its muscles but i wanna make sure i dont get ganegreen from my appendix

Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted the history and understood your concerns.
Since you are taking strong pain killer for the knee problems it might have cause stomach upset and thus pain in the right lower abdomen.
Back pain can be due to muscle spasm but it does not help by thinking, you need to get yourself checked by a Doctor for clinical evaluation, examination and investigations as per the findings.
This alone can give proper diagnosis and management.
First of all stop the strenuous work or exercises.as you have pain in abdomen, back and knees; bed rest is a must.
Get appropriate investigations like MRI of the knee, ultrasound of abdomen, X-ray or MRI of back; tests of blood, stool and urine as required.
Take a PPI like Omeprazole, antispasmodic for pain in abdomen.
