What Causes Severe Right Sided Pain?

I went to the erbthis morning, I'm having severe pain on my right side. I was given morphine and that didn't helP with the pain. I had a ctscan & labwork done, results were normal, dr came back saying that I was constipated. I haven't had problems having a bowel movement and I'm in excruciating pain. Dr prescribed miralax & bentyl and said to go back if the pain continues. What do I do?

you can have also gynecological problem as a ovarian torsion or the rupture of a cyst but if the medical exams are fine you must make no effort, rest and take the painkillers
