What Causes Severe Shoulder Pain After Shoulder Fusion Surgery?

I don t know what to do I don t take anything for the pain right now but I had my right shoulder fusion surgery not to long ago and I m starting to have really bad pain. I do physical therapy still and i like to swim that seem to help but even surgeon sad at Mayo clinic in rochester MN that he only dose this surgery maybe once a year. Big operation 13 pins and screws with rod.. Please help me.. Thank you for you time
