General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Based on the history you have shared, you may need a repeat MRI of spine to rule out any structural pathology and may need neurosurgeon review after the MRI.

Blood workup for calcium levels, as well as alkaline phosphatase and LDH to rule out any bony involvement, as well as malignant remnants, need to be ruled out.

Meanwhile, OTC analgesics like acetaminophen or Ibuprofen can be helpful for symptomatic relief. Gabapentin may be continued. If pain is severe, more potent analgesic like tramadol etc can be used.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
