What Causes Severe Stomach Cramping And Blood In Stools?

Last night my stomached was cramping really bad and finally about three hours later I was able to get rid of it. It was like food poisoning but no fever or any other symptoms. Now when I go to the bathroom I am pooping blood and my stomach still hurts.

Your history is certainly indicative of an infective pathology like food poisoning or gastroenteritis.
I would advise you the following:
- Go to ER for clinical evaluation, examination, tests of blood, stool and urine, get an appropriate treatment and if required get admitted to get intravenous fluids, antibiotics, symptomatic and supportive therapy.
