Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Suggestive of Naproxen induced inflammation of the stomach. Naproxen is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug used to treat mild to moderate type of pain such as due to arthritis. Based on the history you seem to have developed gastritis apparently caused by Naproxen as its one of the most common side effects. I advice you to consult your treating doctor to prescribe antacid or proton pump inhibitor while on Naproxen. Besides, taking Naproxen together with a "blood thinner" may cause you to bleed more easily. You may need a dose adjustment based on your Prothrombin time or International Normalized Ratio (INR) or an alternate effective medication for your knee pain. Consult your doctor promptly if you have any unusual bleeding or bruising, vomiting, blood in your urine or stools, headache, dizziness, or weakness.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
