What Causes Severe Stomach Pain When Suffering From Gastritis?

I have had an endoscopy, a CT scan and countless vials of blood taken. I have been diagnosed with gastritis, eusophigitis and acid reflux. I have been taking my medicine regularly and on a good anti-acid diet. I am having horrible, sharp pain in my stomach(center, not right side) and in my (duadnum? not sure of the name). The pain is so intense that I honestly would prefer death. The doctors are having no luck figuring it out and I'm getting close to being done with it all.
