What Causes Severe Stomach Pain With Pinkish White Foam In Stools?

I ve woken up in the middle of the night for the longest time with a massive stomach pain. I ve tried to ignore it every time and it soon goes away and comes back again but it hurts ten times more. I try to ignore it again, but I have this urge to puke and do so, even on an empty stomach. Then the pain is finally gone, but I end up waking up 2 hours later and repeating. Tonight it was different in my puke was a pinkish white foam and pain is still present but at a smaller level. I don t know what s going with me

It seems that you are having acute infectious enteritis for which you require a course of antibiotics like ofloxacin and ornidazole along with some pre and probiotic.
