General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted the history of severe pain in abdomen, sweating, almost fainting, inability to pass stools but blood in urine.
This looks classical of an ureteric impacted stone.
And I would advise you the following:
Clinical evaluation and examination.
Ultrasonography of abdomen
X-ray of abdomen
Tests of blood and urine.
These will find the cause.
If the stone is large enough you need surgical interpherence.
Go for it.
Take plenty of oral fluids.
Antibiotics and antispasmodic as may be required.
I find this answer helpful
