What Causes Severe Stomach Pain?

i am not hungry, but my stomach begins to hurt. so i eat something like scrambled eggs and a piece of toast. then i get really bad pains and sort of double over with pains. i just don't feel well with stomach issues. i have had a fundoplycation to help with severe reflux.

Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted the history and understood your concerns.
Fundoplication can help or increase such pains on eating .
I would advise you the following in such a situation:
Get an upper GI Endoscopy and Barium swallow and meal tests to get the proper diagnosis aso that a proper medications may help you get better or cured.
Till then get a PPI like Omeprazole.
ANtacid every three hours.
Domperidone to improve the motility.
Soft bland diet.
No late nights.
Good 8 hours sleep in reclining position.
Stop instigating or enhancing factors like stress and anxiety and foods and beverages.
Medications as per the further studies and particularly surgery if needed.
