What Causes Severe Stomach Pains,bloating,rectal Bleeding And IBS?

bad bad stomach pains and irritable bowel syndrome rectal bleeding and my stomach is swelled up to look like I m 9 months pregnant and I m to the point where I feel like I m going to burst I also vomiting today I was wondering what could be the cause of this

Hi thanks for asking question.
First you have to do ultrasound examination of abdomen.
You might have some obstructive cause like intestinal obstruction by bands and adhesion.USG useful for it and if obstruction present then surgical intervention done.
Second you might have severe functional bowel disease or chronic bacterial infection like shigella dysentery or intestinal tuberculosis.
Stool examination done and if needed endoscopic examination useful.
So for vomiting you can take domperidone and for bacterial infection take antibiotic.Or if obstructive cause present surgically managed.
